Tech support has got lot of heat in the past given all the outsourcing debate, how the quality of support has nosedived yada yada ... I've read numerous accounts of how dim tech support has been fielding customer calls. Well tables have turned now, here's first in the series of flipping funny doodles where tech support get calls from ... well not so up-to-speed customers. :D
